LGPD – ADEQUACY, IMPLEMENTATION E (D.P.O. Data Officer)

The Personal Data Protection Officer as a Service of the S-CONT Group (DPO), allows your company to rely on our LGPD monitoring solutions, which is made up of professionals with practical and proven experience in implementing the General Data Protection Law ( LGPD), from the perspective of Information Security and Governance.
Through current law No. 13,709 of 2018, known as the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), the organization that performs the role of Controller must appoint a Personal Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with Article 41, item 1. It is recommended that this contracting be through a service provision contract.

Julio Cesar Sena, Esq. He has a degree in Legal Sciences from Centro Universitario Nove de Julho, a specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo and in Tax Law from Universidade Estacio de Sa, completing both postgraduate degrees in 2019.
